Good for you Markperky............I have done nothing more than follow the advise given by this site and its VERY heplfull members (I spent many hours reading this site).
I will be using the MCOL service tommorrow for my claim, its has taken longer than it could have for me, I did not have the funds for the court fees.
All the best with your claim...........I wont wish you LUCK as you dont and wont need luck. Reclaiming YOUR funds from the A&L coffers is your rite.
You will probably have problems but you will get help ...........just ask
