Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
this all looks a bit of a minefield to me about to send letter out to Halifax am i doing the right thing ?
any advice would be gratefully accepted got a template letter from another site but do you think i should use the one from this site instead
Hi,
I have read a few of the templates from other sites, but stuck to using CAG.Found it to be worded better. And also seems to be lots more help via forums if you become stuck. As suggested stick to one site, you will find it alot easier.
This is a great forum, there is help everywhere.
From the letters to all the people. There is soooo much help here. It is tried and tested, and with all the people who have won, advising you, you cant go far wrong.
But it is a self help site and every one helps each other.
Dont ever feel stuck, if there is anything you are not sure of, just ask..!
