    Default Unclejohn v A&L

Hi, Im doing this with and on behalf of a friend.

He has about £800 OD charges with the A&L

We have done the data protection request, then the prelim letter. got back the usual. Then sent the lbaicon - again standard fob off

We've had a delay as the charges got lost in the post, but it's now arrived.

I'm going to do the MCOL today. I've done the spreadsheet calculating the 8% interesticon and will proceed from there.

Can I ask if that is the only interest that I should include, and do I need to send the spreadsheet and statements showing the charges ot the court and the A&L again?

    Many thanks

Send 2 copies of your schedule of charges, clearly marked with your claim no. + a brief covering letter asking for them to be filed with your claim to:

    The Court Manager,
    Money Claim Online
    Northampton county courticon
    21-27 St. Katharine's Street
    Northampton
    NN1 2LH

    Dear Sir/Madam

    (Your Name) –v- (Bank)
    Claim No: ********
    Date Issued: xx/xx/xx

Please find enclosed a schedule of penalty charges taken from me by the defendant, along with interesticon claimed at the annual rate of 8% pursuant to section 69 of the County Court Act. The interest in addition to the amount in charges equates to the total amount of my claim, namely £(AMOUNT).

I respectfully request that the enclosed schedule should be attached to the particulars of my claim.
    Yours sincerely,

Wait until you receive the Notice of Acknowledgement (not the Notice of Issue) from the court and then send a copy to the bank’s solicitors, since they are the ones who will now be dealing with your claim

    Dear Sir,

    (Your Name) -v- (Bank)
    Claim No: ********
    Date Issued: xx/xx/xx

Please find enclosed a copy of my schedule of charges relating to the above claim.

    Yours sincerely,

    Hi, johnuncle.

It'll make things easier for you to seek help and us to follow your progress , if you keep all your questions on one post in future.

Maybe a mod can merge threads if they drop in on this?

Hi, well we have submitted the claim and it's been accepted. I want to now send the schedule of charges to the bank and the court.

I was advised to send the schedule to the banks solicitors, how do I find that address?

    Many thanks
