Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have had an Egg card for 4 years. I closed the account yesterday and am about to approach them for unfair charges. I have statements with the overlimit charges ready to send (total £160), however I have seen that some people are claiming for these 'credit card repayment protector' fee's. I never remember requesting these and had cancelled them about 3 years into my account opening with them. They were £30 POUNDS PER MONTH!!!!!
Can I claim these back?
Please can anyone give me a quick guide as how to approach them for this. Do I treat them seperately?

This seems to be happening to loads of people on here, including me - check out the PPI thread as Angry Cat says - I'm just about to send Egg my CCA request - wish me luck
