Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everyone we have just sent of our SAR to the woolwich, our account is in joint names do we both have to be named or can just one of us proceed with the claim, any help would be greatly appreciated and keep up the good work, we will of course keep everyone updated.
Good luck! Welcome to the C.A.G
I'd have thought it would be ok to just put one name down but then again they will probably use that as a stalling tactic, sorry we can not divulge information of this nature without both signatures etc....
Try a search for joint accounts on the forum and see what comes up.
