Thread: I have won! :) how long tho before i get the cash from Barclays (Im still suspicious)

Firstly thanks to this great site it has taken 3 months but I have finally been offered all my cash back from Barclays direct into my bank account, providing I sign and send the letter they sent me agreeing to there conditions back to them along with a copy of my letter to the court discontinuing the claim against them.

I faxed Barclays all the above documentation yesterday as they have requested (Would I have been better off posting it?)

Im still a little suspicious!!!! how long should it take for the money to enter my bank account from me faxing them the documentation?

Once again thanks for your help and I will of course be donating to this site once my money has come through

I am new to this site, its actualy my first posting and I am in the process of claiming from Barclays Bank. After doing all the steps I found that I had to eventually do a small claims against Barclays, this was due to end of 9th Feb and yes they left it until the last hour and put in and "Acknowledgement of Service".

I'm just a little worried now as I dont really know what to do next, should I just leave it until the 28 days are up, or should I be doing something about it. They have ticked the box that says they intend to defend all of the claim. Hope you can help!!!

No, I want to take Barclays all the way, but at this precise moment in time I dont know if I should be doing anything to help my case or just sitting it out patiently until I can enter a judgement against them?!?!

I will be closing my bank account with them once I have the cash so as long as they give me all the cash im owed im not to bothered about the terms and conditions or should i be??
