Re applying for charges to be refunded
I started the procedure a few months back now but due to difficult times i decide it was not a priority but now it is.
What do you recommend my first steps are?
Should i resend the first letter with an accomplimenting note stating my intent?
I have moved since i started too....

Just start over to be on the safe side.
