Look in the RBS Successes section - I don't think any accounts have been closed (but don't quote me on that).

Crickey, doesn't it take ages waiting?

Still nothing from them. I see from other thread that some people phone up tommy or sue and get offers of settlements over the phone, is that worth a go at this early stage?

Matt, main thing is be patient!

It really isn't THAT long. Your claim is so small (for them I mean, in comparison to some they have to concentrate on) that they are not going to want it to get as far court so it WILL settle early.

But bear in mind the many thousands of people they are dealing with, it does take time and the deadlines are there for them to stick to.

Process will take a month tops, you probably won't get a response to your prelim, only once your lbaicon has gone in will you receive a response (I'm assuming).

It's only been a week, give em a chance hee hee
