Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have sent the inital letter asking for my charges back. I was askinf for £396 plus £81 in interest. They replied with saying that they had refunded the difference of the charges and the £12 they charge now. The total refund was £120. What should i do now? accept or send the lba letter?????? I have letters away to 3 other cards so would expect the same reply from them
Don't know about an 'official' template but you can use something like:

Re Account no [insert account no]
Thank you for your payment of £[insert amount] your reference [insert reference no if applicable]. I accept any part refund of fees as partial settlement only of my claim.
I will proceed with action to recover charges unless I receive full settlement of my claim by [insert date]. I will add interest to any claim that goes to court.
