I haven't dealt with them myself but the usual process would be to get copies of your agreement & Breakdownicon of account. This identifies any charges which you should then be writing to ask for a refund of. If they don't play ball the next step is LBA ( letter before actionicon ) and county courticon claim ( or instead of county court claim you could go route of complaining via Financial Ombudsmanicon's Service for a refund ).

It's not clear from your post what stage you are at?

Hi Susan, NR are an absolute nightmare. I had a credit card with them that was then taken over by co-op in 2004. Co-op have paid up their share of the money but NR keep trying to pass the buck to co-op even though the charges I'm trying to claim were when they owned the card. Nobody seems to quite know who I should claim from, including all teh helpful people on this forum, and so my complaint is still 'being looked into' by NR as it has been since November.
