Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

All correspondence has been sent to Southend-On-Sea address. When filling in court forms, can I use RBS address in Edinburgh to keep it within courts jurisdiction? Don't much fancy having to travel to S-0-S for court case.
On the bottom of all letters in small print is ''MINT is a business name of RBS, reg office 36 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh''...
"bump" I have the same query. Just about to take legal action against RBS/Mint but not sure which address to use...registered office in Edinburgh or Credit Card Centre in Southend? Can anyone help us?
