Hi all just wondering where i send my letters to, my actual bank or head office? Thought there was a thread with addresses but can't find it now!!

Hi just thought i wouuld let everyone know that i had a letter from Natwest icon

on Saturday, Just in the 14 days, saying that as a gesture of goodwill icon

they would give me full amount owed to me. I'm so chuffed that was easy didn't have to go any further, HOWEVER i sent off out joint account letter to them at the same time and have heard nothing so looks like i'm going to have to fight for that one!!

Hope you are all doing well, at least i've got something.

Thanks so much for all your help, will keep you posted on the other account, am just doing my partners accounts now on Barclays icon

and Nationwide icon

Hi all just had another letter from Natwest for our joint account saying that they would pay the full 1210.00! So thats 2 accounts we have been very lucky and just been given the money! Wish it was that easy for everyone, somehow i don't think my partmers bank Barclays will be so easy! Was just about to do 2nd letter to Natwest and this letter arrived!!
