You send copy to the bank's legal department.

You send one copy to the court to be filed. It can be addressed to the court manager or if it's convenient you can take it in and file it.

On the day the judge will/should have the copy you filed at the court. You need the third copy for you to refer to during the hearing. You also need the originals of any documents you copied for inclusion in the bundles.

N.b. it probably won't ever get to court, so here's hoping it's all academic

If in doubt read the FAQs

If still in doubt - ask!

    Hi

Have gone through the money claims online, the Halifaxicon is pursuing this to the court. Is it now that I have to get all my documents together i.e proof of what I am claiming and send them to the court?

Re: When returning my court bundle to the court, do I send it to the particular judge

    Hi
    Beths daddy v Halifaxicon

We have got to the court stage, sent off copies to everyone last week. Halifax rang and only agreed with half of what we were asking, don't think they included the interesticon, which totals the most!!!

Anyway they said they would pay in the half of what we were asking by a certain date if we did'nt contact them before then. We did contact them and told them we didn't agree to that amount but just found out they paid it in anyway!!!

Apparently we have got to send out ANOTHER letter!! telling them we are still asking for the remainder, nightmare!

I'm not sure what you mean by 'filed schedule at court'. Could you possibly start a thread of your own in this forum (if the claim's against nat west) and post up full details of your claim to date please? We'll be able to advise you fully from there.

Can't find what you're looking for? Please have a look at Michael Browne's A-Z Guide
