Hi folks, I am just prowling through the threads to try and gain information before i claim my money back, Unlike most people i dont keep old bank statements, How do i get this information so i can calculate how much they owe me ? Secondly, I have two accounts with them, For a breif period after christmas both accounts went slightly overdrawn, First direct never contacted me so i could transfer some funds to cover it, oh no ! Thought it would be better to send me bank charges to the tune of £149 on each account (£298, The customer accounts said i was lucky, as that was the cap to which they can charge, or it would have been more, Lovely people them first direct folk...8)

Thanks for the reply, But that is what i have done, started this thread under first direct threads, I cant see a step by step giude at the top and have been looking for over a hour now, by the way what is all the abreviations e.g lba and MYCOL.
