Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Having been in dispute with Lloyds for the last 10 weeks I received a letter today stating that they were sorry for the delay and did I want to contact the Ombudsman. Very helpfull; so I tried to conact the Customer Service Recovery Service (They wrote the letter) No answer; Vmail no call back. Next head office and custoner service (40mins on hold and then cut off). Finally the CEO's office were I also got a recorded message that there was no one there.
The reason for my username is that for all the that lloydstsb care I might just as well be on the other side of the moon.
