Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
hi guys this is my first post-
i sent a letter explaining that the charges made from Lloyd's bank were unlawful,
they have replied with a letter basically stating that the charges made by them are fair and lawful and they can not do anything and will be closing the case by 8th of April 2007. is this a bluff letter >?
to enlighten you guys with a sample of Lloyds handy work,
i have a stundent/graduate account and a current account with lloyds,
now two years ago they conned me in taking out this student credit card which they said was link with my interest free student account, however a few months down the line i noticed that the card was in fact a visa classic card and the it had nothing to do with my student acc.
ever since i found out i told them that i have sliced up the card and will not be using it- just going to pay it back monthly
every month this bank looks in to both my accounts to see which one has money and takes out charges and payment at their free will.
they even make my current account go overdrawn so they can charge me twice (if you know what i mean)
Hi and Welcome
Do you know how much you are claiming for?
The letter they sent is a standard reply. Did you originally send a letter off this site? If not, I would send the following letter: http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-approach.html
Good luck with your claim, let us know how you get on.
