I have filed my claim mcol.I'm expecting A&L to file a defence by 19th Feb.
Is it a good idea to contact them to get them to settle the claim or just sit back and wait?
Why do the banks continue to waste time when they know they have no defence? I'm tempted to call them but have no idea who to call.Any ideas or suggestions?
