Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Just a quick question as am in the process of typing out my DPA to the BOS to get my current account statements. I also have a credit card with them. Do I apply seperately for these statements? if so do i send a £10 cheque with each? and finally..do I send them to the same address?
Am sorry for all the questions, am sometimes a bit fick!!!
Am really feeling a bit nervous now about what they might do so wanna get these letters of before I change my mind!!
Well i had sent off two postal orders for my two current accounts but got a letter back from the bank to say it cost them 10 pound to make access this and gave me back a postal order =), so 10 pound should be enough for all the accounts.
