    Default Jan1ey v barclaycard!

    Hi all,

Can anyone help.. I have sent off for all my statements and had the standard reply that they will be sent within the 40 day period.. but after reading the majority of threads i am left doubting they will arrive within that period lol...

Anyway my question is this: I have read a little about people asking for their contract as well as a SARicon.. do i need to do this? and what will I need this for? and how do i go about getting it?

    thanks

Thumbs up Re: Jan1ey v barclaycard!

    Hi there,

When you do use the data protection act within your S.A.R. they should sent you all info they have on you including your contract (if you need it?????)

Yes, claim for "overlimit fees" and "late payment fees"; but not "annual running costs" etc

    Hope this helps

    Regards

    Innocent

    Hi there,

Thankyou so much for your help... I have already sent my SARicon so should I now quickly put in for my contract.. or should I ask for that once I have my statements and I am sending my first letter of request for payment?

    Sorry to be a pain
