    Default what can I claim for

    Lucid thankds for the advice, I sent the lbaicon this morning and on my return home from work a package from Lloydsicon was waiting for me .

    It contained a summary list of charges as follows

    1. Unpaid D/D
    2. O/Draft excess (FEE)
    3. O/Draft interesticon
    4. O/Draft usage (Fee)
    5. Account charge

    Numbers 1 - 4 are shown as a charge on the summary and 5 as a Fee.
    I will not be claiming 5
    Would I be right in assuming that I can claim for 2 and 4 as well.

    The od interest is not automatically claimable - although any which was levied solely as a result of (ie on top of) an unlawful charge, is.

    There is a spreadsheet in the templates libraryicon which works out the claimable proportion. It is quite complicated though and most people leave it out as its not often more than a few quid anyway.
