Red face Floopster vs Barclaycard ???

Hi everyone! I'm seeking some advice...

I'd really like to reclaim from Barclaycard and have just downloaded the letter requesting my statements.

However, I am aware of banks closing accounts when people reclaim- I have a current account with Barclaysicon bank. Is it possible that they could close this? Or are they entirely seperate entities? I can not lose that account. With my credit history it's not looking likely that I will be able to open another current account, plus it's got a £2000 overdrafticon which I can not afford to repay if recalled.

    Can anyone advise?

    I think you are right.

Just been reading up on all their stalling tactics re: statements and I must say it's really disheartening. How long is it generally taking everyone to get this information?
