Thread: Sick of Charges v EGG

After recent successes against MBNA, HSBC, Alliance and Leicester and Intelligent Finance, I've decided its time to claim my charges from Egg.

After no response to my initial letter and a letter offering £4 per charge after the lba, I have filed my MCOL online.

Lets see what stance they take. From some of the recent threads on here they seem to be finally returning whats rightly ours
