Hi all,

I am gearing myself up to start the ball rolling with Egg icon

have spent most of the day reading other threads regarding Egg and must say I am dismayed at the absolute lack of customer service and in some cases common sense from Egg.
My situation is that myself and my husband each had an Egg card and yes (you've guessed it) we incurred charges on each. The cards have now been closed down with a zero balance (paid for by settlements from other organisations!!) and now we want our charges back. Quick question. Is it the same letter you would send if you were reclaiming charges from the banks. I thought I'd better double check before steaming in.

Hello....anybody...
Still unsure which letter you send off for credit card companies, is it the same SAR icon

letter you send off it you were persuing a bank?
Didn't want to send the wrong thing in case it hurts my claim.
Any advice helpful.

Yes, same letter for SAR icon

just different one when you let to lba icon

stage although when I cast my eyes over them I couldn't see any differences. Sally
