This is my first thread, so bear with me. Just collating all my charges over the last 6 years and I have noticed that RBOS have changed the Card Misuse charge of £35 to a Guaranteed Card Payment Fee.
Does this effect my right to get this back, or am I alright to add this to my list of amounts I wish to claim?
