Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I am in the the process of court proceedings in relation to a claim against a consrvatory company. I am useing the direct public access procedure with a barrister rather than a solicitor. I have to now make a witness statement. I have scoured the internet on the correct layout, declaration etc, but there seems to be number of different formats. Can anyone give me an example of the layout and wordin I need to use. I would contact my barrister but he is away on holiday this week.
Many Thanks
Jamella
