    Smile DPA advice please.

Please can some one advise me. I did a DPA request over 40 days ago and quoted my current account number and credit card number number etc on it to Birmingham. I only received info on the current account. As they have not provided the information can they persue me for the credit card balance (unfortunatly this is with Moorcroft debit collection agency) and I have not received a statement on credit card for over a year now from Lloydsicon. How do I stand with this please ???

My claim on the current account is for £1,665.00p for unlawful charges and I want to go for them for this. I know there are also charges that I can claim back on the credit card as well but with out them providing the info I do not know how much.

Many thanks in advance for your help in this matter, Scorpio_man.
