    Default Banofi v Barclaycard

    Prelim letter sent 5/2/2007 asking for £360, £144 paid straight into my account 8/2/2007. very quick! however they only paid me the difference between the OFT's recommended £12 per charge and the £20 per charge I incurred. So will see if I can get the rest!

    1for you, 1 for them and 1 for the court. thats everything including shedules.
