Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
HI
I'm about to send a letter back to Barclays to accept their offer of partial payment but also to inform them that I expect the outstanding amount to be settled in 14 days or otherwise face court action.
I have started to compile my N1 form and have been trawling through the FAQ's and various links/threads. However I still have a few questions that I can't seem to find the answers to....can anyone please help?
At what stage do I send off the N1 and will this result in a court date?
Do I need to contact the court before I send them the form?
I think I'm going to visit my local C.A.B. to get someone to read through the form before I submit it. I've followed all advice/templates but am still a bit nervous about it. Really don't want to overlook some tiny detail that will jeopardize my chances.
don't mean to come across stupid but this really is a whole new realm for me.
Also, very interested in the court buddy system....can anyone explain how it works.
Many thanks in advance.
