Hello everyone, i am a newbie here, and have decided i will take on Egg, as they keep putting an overlimit charge on my acount, which was caused by their charges in the first place! I have read a lot of the Faqs and threads on here, and am still somewhat confused, about the interest on charges. I have drafted out my Preliminary letter for payment and done a schedule of charges, but i have left out the 8% interest column, as stated in one of the forums. But reading the thread by Angry Cat, i see that interest was calculated with the charges schedule sent with the preliminary letter of payment.Could someone please advise me as to what i need to send with this first letter. And also on the spreadsheet i used, it did actually work out the interest, but whereas my charges were in £ the interest was in $. Any information on how to use these spreadsheets would also be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
