Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After sending my request for refund letter I have recieved a reply before the 14 day cut off. It informs me that my request has been passed onto a Customer Service Manager and should have some contact within 4 weeks. Obviously this is over the initial 14 day period. What should my next step be. One of my mates received a similar letter and replied that he would expect the full ammount to be refunded within this time or he would be filing with the small claims court. Is this the correct course of action? I would be grateful for any advice.
