    Hi all,
    Bit of a newbie at this, just about to take local Bank, Northern, to court for reclaim of 22yo son's charges, £1,ooo+, have sent all relevant letters, last one giving 7 days to comply, no response as yet. Do i cite, local manager, N.I. Headquarters, or HSBCicon as respondent? AQny help appreciated.
