OK, you need to do lots of reading and spend time finding your way around this site, which at first can seem a bit daunting but the more time you spend on here the easier it will get.First step for welcome finance - go to 'General debt' section, you will find a list of stickys - you need the one at the end of the list entitled 'creditors and DCA's', click on this and it will give you lots of letter templates, you need Letter N - Copy of your Credit Agreement, when you send this out you will need to send either a £1 cheque of postal order.Next step - click on consumer action group and find another list of stickys, look for the letter template 'Statement Access Request' with this letter you need to send either cheque or postal order for £10.
