There are three measurements shown, 2 in brackets. To what do each of these refer?
I have the pcn unenforcable on 3 other counts - vague place desciption (somewhere on a 1 mile road, most of which has no yellow lines, several breaks varying from 2' to 30' and no T bars at either end. I just want to rub this in more if I can.
Photos I have show yellow line varying as:
18- 23cm from kerb, 9.5 - 14 cm in width?
