    Default Consumer Credit Council

My bank (Lloydsicon) has just forwarded me to the Consumer Credit Council, as I can't make a loan payment.

Not trusting anything that Lloyds does, has anyone else used these guys? Do they help?

Thanks - yes sorry - the counselling service!
