    Very good letter, I am finalising my prelim to send to alliance and leicester, so it will be good to see how we progress as we are at the same stage and both our claims are small (although a lot of money for me).

    Did you include a summary of charges with your prelim letter? How detailed was it?

    You have to go through the complaints procedure with A&L first before the fosicon will get involved, so why not do it now? The sooner you start, the sooner it'll be over.

    I recently sued your company in order to reclaim all unlawful charges that you have levied on my account, and you settled in full. However I received a letter stating that you will be withdrawing my banking facilities as of 13th May 2007.

    Please explain to me why this is occurring. If I do not receive a satisfactory answer to my complaint, be aware that I will be making formal complaints to the banking regulators.
