Hi, I sucessfully claimed back over 3k from Lloyds in June 2006. I have been doing the same proceadure for my Brother who has a court date this afternoon in Northampton. I never even had a court date, I just cant believe how Lloyds are dragging this out now and wasting everyones time! Ill let you know what happens as Im going with him too.

All of it! My brother didn't inform me of the extra paperwork that you have to do now. In the process of getting everything together and photocopied. He gave us a week to sort it out. The judge was surprisingly sympathetic, and disappointed in Lloyd's not turning up, if they had done then his case would had got struck out.
