Should or Can I request for a list of charges for the all above items, from my Bank's Branch (Benbecula) or would I have to send an individual request for each account to the relevant offices, e.g
1. Local Branch or BoS HQ, The Mound, Edinburgh EH1 1YZ
2&3. BoS Card Services, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfirmline
and additionally have to pay 3 * £10 DPA charge or can this be achieved under 1*£10 request.
Furthermore, I noticed, can I claim back upto 6 years or 5 years in Scotland.
Your DPA request is for information held in your name. You should then ben able to send one request to BOS head office, request all the info they hold. Ensure you send by recorded deliveryt and enclose £10 maximum fee. Keep us posted of progress, and we will advise further if you hit any problems.

I sent my lba to BOS for £509 direct to the HQ (I now live in Yorkshire) and yesterday received two calls trying a lowball offer before finally agreeing to the full amount!
I must admit I thought they would put up more of a fight, but I'm not going to be totally happy until I have the money in my account.
