    Question JITC_vs_BoS

    Firstly, great informative website.

    I now live in SE England, but have been so disappointed in these charges, of which has been many.

    As to proceed, I have 3 BOSicon accounts;

    1. Personal Current Account.
    2. BoS Visa Card A.
    3. BoS Visa Card B.

    Should or Can I request for a list of charges for the all above items, from my Bank's Branch (Benbecula) or would I have to send an individual request for each account to the relevant offices, e.g
    1. Local Branch or BoS HQ, The Mound, Edinburgh EH1 1YZ
    2&3. BoS Card Services, Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfirmline

    and additionally have to pay 3 * £10 DPA charge or can this be achieved under 1*£10 request.

    Furthermore, I noticed, can I claim back upto 6 yearsicon or 5 years in Scotland.

    Your DPA request is for information held in your name. You should then ben able to send one request to BOSicon head office, request all the info they hold. Ensure you send by recorded deliveryt and enclose £10 maximum fee. Keep us posted of progress, and we will advise further if you hit any problems.

    I sent my lbaicon to BOSicon for £509 direct to the HQ (I now live in Yorkshireicon) and yesterday received two calls trying a lowball offer before finally agreeing to the full amount!

    I must admit I thought they would put up more of a fight, but I'm not going to be totally happy until I have the money in my account.

    Best of luck BTW
