Hi
Latest letter today from my beloved A&L indicating withdrawal of my banking facilities if i do not bring my account into balance by feb 13th. This is due to £74 in charges they placed on my account Feb 6th making me OD by £32.
£19 of which is interest.
Can anyone confirm if unasked for overdrafts are the subject of CCA's?
My original overdraft was for £500, my poor little dog needed a life saving operation and I gave the vet a post dated (1 month) cheque for £1100, whilst awaiting for insurance claim through petplan. the vet inadvertantly presented the cheque within 3 days, A&L kindly upped my OD to £1500 and paid it and thats where all my problems began.I received a letter from A&L informing me they had paid it and it would incur a paid item charge of £25.
All this is from August 2006.
My court claim was deemed served Feb 7th. Just awaiting their reply now.
