filed my aq asked for it to be in swansea no such luck a district judge wants to hear all bank charges cases got directed to cardiff.got a direction hearing date of 26-03-07 now i need to know the follwing:-is there going to be another date before Barclays settle (currently £4454 w/out intrest and asked judge for charges since 11-06 to be taken into consideration £1000 approx.) ?roughly how long left?running 3 months behind on rent so far landlord been ok but due to charges my wages have been swallowed up and l/lord starting to get worried (so am i)was offered 2,000 before xmas wish i took it now as this is stressing me out.anybody had same experience with barclays??p.s. wages now go into Halifax and in one week my woolwich account has gone -£185 due to charges snowballing.
