new to the forum and im just seeking some advice on Lloyds whom i have a loan agreement with them which i kept not paying a while back and is now in the hands of the nice debt collector people all under control and all that but i am wondering is it likely that this agreement would have charges on it as the copy statement lady suggested there wont be and that there was no point in doing it is she telling fibs or what as i seem to think that they could have charged me loads as i defaulted for a while and also can collection agencys charge me illegally too
also i have a credit card which the same statement lady isn't getting me the details on fast enough hmmmmm im sensing a pattern here any ideas of a direct phone number for Lloyds credit card statement place please
i have hopefully finally got my hands on my statements for my card, i managed to track them down today lol and they should be here in the next couple of weeks with a stroke of luck

hi elmo i just recently found discrepencies in my loan account with Lloyds and on the first phone call was told that i would have to go to the bank.
The following day however i phoned again and was told they would be sent out!! So yes they do lie and if you want to make sure you can always send a Subject access request with the £10 fee.
In short dont take any crap from them as they will probably have charged you, just go through all your statments thoroughly and remember
Its your right to know what you've been charged and what you can get back!
i will have another word tomorrow i have already sent out the SAR letter requesting it so im just chasing it up now but i thought they would probably owe me quite a bit on that as although it was a while ago i seem to remember being charged on it and i wasnt very quick to sort it so hears hoping anyway
Lloyds loan and cc can i claim
whom i have a loan agreement with them which i kept not paying a while back and is now in the hands of the nice debt collector
