    Question Advise wanted about offer of money

    Hi there
    Really hope you can help.
    I have been really screwed over by Lloydsicon TSB and have incurred about £3600 worth of bank charges over the last four years. I have written to them to reclaim and it was rejected, so i wrote again threatening to send them to court and adding interesticon (£4780) and they sent me a letter saying that the charges were fair but as a gesture of goodwillicon they would offer me £750. They immediately credited my account (which was eaten up because my account was overdrawn leaving me only £286 in credit). I am not satisfied with this amount, but have they left me in a position now that i cant take it any further, seen as the money has already been paid? I would be prepared to go to court to claim the full amount, but would it be frowned on because they have made a small payment?
    Dont know what to do!
