someone from corbbetts hand delivered me my cheque outside the court room after the hearing and after they were urged to do so over the phone by a Barclays lawyer since no one from Natwest turned up at the courts and it was clear that the judge told me and someone claiming against Abbey that ours would be sorted by dinner time as there was no one opposing it!
Back from court, settled!
