    lol - got a letter offering £12. PMSL!!

    Totally didn't read the letter I sent or the schedule of charges - its' for two of my Eggicon cards - they offered £4 refund on three charges.

    Fax'ed them a part payment letter today and will begin MCOL on thursday if nothing from them!
