Thread: Help needed!!

Hi all,

I'm due in court on 9th March and am just about to start getting my court bundles together (well I'm going to try anyway!).

Someone suggested that I ring Barclays to ask them if they want to settle out of court before I get the court bundles together.

What do you think? Is it worth a try? If so, any ideas how I should word the telephone call??

Hi Fay,
Most of the advice I've read on here seems to advoate giving them a call, but at around 10 days or so before court date. It would seem the bank prefers to deal with those cases immediately pending. HTH

OK, thats what I'll do then. I'll sort out the court bundles then give them a call. Thanks for your help.
