Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everyone.
Am new to the forum and have been reading as much as I can, but it all seems so daunting
Decided to try and do something about the RBoS charges after they informed me today that I'm getting charged £58 for going over my overdraft for 1 day...was SO mad...
How can they justify that?! Spoke to someone on the phone at my branch and have requested bank statements(found this site after phonecall). I have most of my bank statements already and have worked out I've been charged over £750 in the last 4 years...
I'm just a little nervous of kicking this off...but I suppose that's what these organisations..er..bank on(if you pardon the pun!)
Any encouragement greatly received.....
