    Default Delly v barclays

    Hi all Im doing Barclaysicon for my mum and come to a bit of a stand still and need some advice....

    They have just filed a defence against my claim,
    Is this normal for barclays and what generally happens next with them ???

    Hi there

    Thay will send you an aloocation questtionaire which there are instructions on here to fill in. I have just filled one in myself. I am not too worried about it at this stage as most other cases have been won before going to court.

    Hi delly.

    Yes Barclaysicon always file a defenceicon and its perfectly normal, you should receive "NOTIFICATION OF DEFENCE FILED BY BARCLAYS" document from the court and a copy of the allocation questionaire roughly at the same time.
