evening, I my girlfriend has recently recieved a letter from buchananclark + wells claiming money from an old address, for gas that was paid by meter. she is no longer living there and they have said that it is that the meter's are inaccurate? surely that is british gas' fault? also british gas have sent noting to the current address she is at. anyone any ideas? thanks.
They will wipe it, BG announced that any debt caused by none calibration of the meter they will wipe. Phone BG and ask them to remove it. Sorry rushed post going home in one min lol . . . Phone them and find out exactly what they can do and what it is for.
