Hi all
I wonder if anyone one can help with this, I have submitted my bundle to the mercantile court for a hearing on Friday 9th Feb 2007. I also submitted the completed Case Management information sheet and last night I was going through my own bundle and I discovered that I had answered item 5 under Statement of Case as No. I must have made a typo; I believe I should have put the bit about CPR 18.
Do I rectify it and send a new copy to the court and also to the bank or can someone tell me what to do. A quick reply would be very much appreciated please.
If it were me, I would send another CMI sheet and call it 'CMI sheet as amended (date)' with a covering note saying that you wish to replace the original with the amended sheet which amends items 4 and 5. There is nothing wrong in correcting a mistake.

Thank You Calculator, I will do that first thing in the morning.
