Thread: Egg and Capquest

Does anyone have any experience of this?

I owe Egg something like £2600. This has been passed to Crapquest and I have an agreement to pay them just £30 per month (I know, I know!).

If I try to claim my unfair charges back from Egg, is it likely that they will tell Capquest to put pressure on me to up my payments, or even pay back the whole lot (impossible!). Even if they don't do that, is it likely they will offset any repayment of charges against my outstanding balance?

Blimey, just worked that out.... I'll be paying for 7 years!!

yes but now you do not have consumer credit agreement they can only charge normal base rate. Much cheaper than credit card rate
