Excellant and about time too, maybe banks will think twice now.

Frankly it was obviously unfair treatment. How could anyone say anything else.
A county courticon in North London criticised the Halifaxicon closure of an account as "vindictive".

The banking industry claims to know what is fair and reasonable and what is not.

Thet are clearly living on a different planet, motivated by greed and bereft of decency.

The continuing regime of penalties operated by the banks places them outside the Rule of Law.
The practice of punishing individuals merely for seeking access to the national courts and the system of justice is a denial of citizenship.
The banks place themselves outside citizenship and appear to operate by some privileged rule system.
They see the British population as untermenschen.

Also any news on the A&L case.

I want to quote the decission in my letter to Nationwiade to fight my threatened closure.

Also can I take legal action against them for breach of contract or restraint of trade if they continue to try to close my account.

I am also going to state in my letter that I will be protesting outside Morden branch every Saturday handing out leaflets directing people to this site.

My fight with Nationwise starts today all over again!

Also, if you are in swindon, tune into BBC Radio Swindon, did a little interview this morning for them. Looks like they are repeating small snippets during news headlines on the hour.

Would get more attention if it wasnt for the snow. In true british fashion, what the weather is doing is more newsworthy!

PS. Looks like Daily Mail are doing a feature next week as well.
